3:00 p.m. is check in time and 12:00 noon is check out time.

All guests get complimentary high-speed access during every stay.

Yes, the hotel is an entirely smoke-free facility.

Yes, we do have a dedicated business center.

Yes, a heated indoor pool at the spa.

Yes. Our spa is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00AM to 8:00PM and Sunday from 10:00AM to 7:00PM

Reservations

Yes, ID/Passport required at check in.

Yes, rollaway beds and cribs are both available. The price is 85 euros per rollaway per night. Cribs are available free of charge.

According to the applicable laws, the customer is not entitled to a withdrawal period for the accommodation services provided by the Hotel. When using the Website to book a room, the terms and conditions for the selected room will include details of booking cancellations. Cancellation conditions vary depending on the selected room and the requested dates and are indicated at time of booking. Prepaid bookings cannot be modified nor cancelled. No deposits may be refunded if the Customer cancels the booking.

Yes, we have accessible rooms. Some of these rooms include modified bathtubs with bars and added facility, and some include a roll-in shower.

Limited upon request, we cannot guarantee connecting rooms will be available.

If you made a reservation using a third-party website please contact your service provider directly to make modifications to your reservation.

The minimum age requirement to check in to a room is 18.

Kids stay free up to the age of 18.

Transport / Directions

Yes, we do provide onsite parking. Daily parking rate is 45€.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer free shuttle service from the airport.
