L'Oasis French Wall Tapestry All Styles Also known as Captive UnicornL'Oasis, or The Oasis, is a French jacquard woven tapestry inspired from the famous Tentures des Indes, set of 8 tapestries woven at the Gobelins during the 17th century. The original artwork was designed by Albert Echhout and depicts the exotic flora, fauna and natives of the Dutch colonies. These tapestries met with great popularity in the 18th century.
