There is a tuft of tulle under the shoulders to give a shoulder pad like effect, and emphasize the puff sleeves. Features lace with ribbon detail throughout, baby pearls at collar, and a high neck with button closure at back. Measurements: Bust: 35" Waist: 34" Sleeves: 23. 5" Length: 22" Great vintage condition. With any
